  • “Rowena was recommended to me by my GP. I was struggling as a young mother to three small children. Life had become so mundane and I didn’t know what I even needed! I just knew I was low, insecure in my own body, and lonely in my marriage. Rowena was able to show me what my core needs were and how to get them met in a healthy way. Therapy has given me a fresh healthier perspective about how I see myself and my family. Rowena caught my heart and inspired my mind. I’m so glad I did this. Thank you Rowena“ — Jenny D.
